PEANUT BUTTER OATMEAL ENERGY BALLS
Ingredients
½ cup peanut butter
½ cup rolled oats
1 tablespoon of honey
2 tablespoon chocolate chips
A pinch of salt
Procedure
- Combine all the ingredients in a medium bowl. Stir to combine.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes so they are easier to roll.
- Make small balls using your hands.
- Serve and enjoy. Remember it can last in the refrigerator for a week.
