Cauliflower and feta fritters

Ingredients

500g heads cauliflower
1 cup feta cheese
½ cup buttermilk
½ cup flour
1 egg
A pinch of salt and pepper
2 tablespoon of cooking oil

Procedure

  1. Break down two heads of cauliflower into tiny florets and combine it with flour, buttermilk, feta, egg, salt and pepper.
  2. Heat oil in a large frying pan then add a spoonful of cauliflower mixture.
  3. Cook through on both sides.
  4. Remove from heat and serve with dip on side.
