Ham, Apple and Cheese Quesadilla

Ingredients

6 6inch tortillas
6 sliced ham
2 tsp yellow mustard
1 apple, thinly sliced
2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 tablespoon oil

Procedure

  1. Spread the top of the tortilla with mustard. Then put the sliced apple and ham on top of it.
  2. Add shredded cheese. Then fold the tortillas in half to cover.
  3. Heat 2 teaspoons of oil over medium heat on a large skillet.
  4. Cook the quesadillas at a time, 2 minutes on each side until the cheese melts.
  5. Remove from heat. Cut into triangles. Serve.
