Ham, Apple and Cheese Quesadilla
Ingredients
6 6inch tortillas
6 sliced ham
2 tsp yellow mustard
1 apple, thinly sliced
2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 tablespoon oil
Procedure
- Spread the top of the tortilla with mustard. Then put the sliced apple and ham on top of it.
- Add shredded cheese. Then fold the tortillas in half to cover.
- Heat 2 teaspoons of oil over medium heat on a large skillet.
- Cook the quesadillas at a time, 2 minutes on each side until the cheese melts.
- Remove from heat. Cut into triangles. Serve.
