Cheesy tuna Melts

Ingredients

4 slice of bread
1 can oil-packed tuna, drained
1 thinly sliced green onion
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 pinch ground black pepper
1 pinch salt
2 tablespoon butter
2 tablespoon chopped parsley
1 tomato, sliced
2 melted cheese

Procedure

  1. In a small bowl, mix the tuna, mayonnaise, onion, parsley, salt and pepper.
  2. Toast 2 slice bread on a pan with butter, flip it and add the mixture of tuna on top.
  3. Put a slice of tomato and melted cheese on top. Flip and remove from heat.
  4. Cut into 2 in a triangular shape. Serve.
