Sweet Creamy Spaghetti
Ingredients
1 kg Spaghetti noodles
1 can Condensed Milk 300ml
8 cloves Garlic, minced
1/4 cup Cooking oil
2 pcs Medium-sized red onion, chopped
500 g Hotdogs, sliced
3/4 kg Ground Pork
1 pc Pork broth cube
1/2 cup ketchup
1 kg Plain tomato sauce
440 g Shredded cheese
Salt and pepper, to taste

Procedure
- First, cook the spaghetti noodles according to the package direction. When the pasta is cooked, drain it and set aside.
- In a large pot, heat the oil. Saute the garlic and the onion until softened
- Add the ground pork and hotdogs until the color changes.
- Add Pork Cubes, stir well to dissolve before adding the ketchup and tomato sauce.Stir until well distributed. Pour in water. Allow to boil and simmer until meat is tender.
- Now, add the condensed milk. Mix well and let simmer.
- Add salt and pepper to taste. Turn off the heat.
- Get a big platter ready for your cooked spaghetti noodles and pour the sauce on top with a sprinkle of grated cheese.
