Tuna Wraps
Ingredients
- 2 canned tuna in water, drained
- 1/2 cup finely chopped celery
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 4 tablespoons chopped sweet red pepper
- 3 teaspoons mustard
- 1 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
- 2 tablespoons Mayonnaise
- Whole wheat tortilla
- Salt and pepper to taste
Procedure
- Put the drained tuna in a medium mixing bowl.
- Next, place the chopped celery, green onions, and the sweet red pepper in a mixing bowl. Mix it together.
- Add mustard, mayonnaise and salt and pepper to taste. Mix it again until well blended.
- Roll up tightly like burrito style.
- Eat immediately and Enjoy!
